Inside Sales Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage customer inquiries related to order status and delivery assurance.
• Coordinate quote preparation with estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering.
• Lead and support the customer service team in challenging situations.
• Monitor and update department sales and service metrics weekly and monthly.
• Present relevant performance metrics to senior staff and support customer visits.
• Manage the sales administration process and connect cross-functional insights to customer needs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of college or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer service management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise, interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate customer service employees.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present confidently to senior staff, customers, and large groups.
• Must work consistently, regularly, and predictably on site in Laconia, New Hampshire.
