Senior Lawyer

TL;DR

Senior Lawyer (Legal): Leading legal workstreams across strategic optimization and transformation projects for the hirify.global Group with an accent on contract governance, corporate/tax structuring, and cross-functional legal partnering. Focus on designing legal processes and internal controls, translating complex legal advice into business-ready implementation steps, and managing legal risks and documentation for international initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead and support legal workstreams within strategic optimization and transformation projects across the hirify.global Group.
• Provide legal input on contract management implementation, legal budgeting, corporate and tax optimization, governance improvements, internal controls, and operational restructuring.
• Design, improve, and document internal legal processes, approval flows, authority frameworks, contract governance rules, signing procedures, and legal policies/templates.
• Support corporate structure optimization, group governance, intercompany arrangements, internal service models, and corporate/tax restructuring; coordinate with external advisers across jurisdictions.
• Act as a senior legal partner to Finance, HR, Tax, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations, and business teams on project-based legal matters.
• Prepare legal memoranda, risk assessments, project summaries, implementation plans, and structured reporting; escalate material risks to the Chief Legal Officer or Head of Legal.

Requirements

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• At least 7 years of legal experience in an international law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Strong legal project management and legal transformation/process optimization experience, including corporate governance and legal operations.
• Experience with corporate structuring, group governance, intercompany arrangements, internal approvals/authority frameworks, and corporate/tax optimization projects.
• Fluent Ukrainian and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or CLM implementation.
• Experience with legal budgeting, cost control, or legal operations.
• Experience in AdTech/MarTech or other international digital business.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
