Senior IT Lawyer (Tech Law)

Location: Onsite, hybrid, or remote within the EU. Relocation support is available, including moving expenses, airfare, visa assistance, and the first month's rent.

Salary: From €4,000 net per month; final compensation depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.

What you will do

• Lead key legal topics and help implement internal legal processes and best practices.
• Provide daily legal support to business and project stakeholders.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Manage corporate and HR legal routines and maintain product documentation, including terms of service, platform policies, and promotional and referral terms.
• Identify rights and obligations, minimize legal risks, and conduct due diligence on external partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support the Senior Legal Counsel on related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–6 years of legal practice experience, including 2–3 years in the technology or IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital product regulations, technology law, privacy, intellectual property, platform and content liability, media, and consumer protection.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and global data protection frameworks; familiarity with the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, and UK Online Safety Act.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with developers and product and technology teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
