Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Salary: €42,800 - €53,500

What you will do

• Design and maintain gold-layer data models using DBT to ensure a single source of truth.
• Define and document KPIs for People and Product business areas.
• Develop and iterate on Power BI dashboards to support business reporting.
• Perform advanced analysis including cohort, retention, and impact modeling to drive product and pricing recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven decisions.
• Foster a data-driven culture by building shared metrics and clear narratives for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analyst roles.
• Fluent and independent SQL skills for modeling and debugging complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and data workflows.
• Experience with DBT and medallion modeling architectures.
• Proven track record of shipping production-level BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong background in advanced analytics fundamentals and version control using Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS economics and metrics frameworks.
• Background in collaborating with Data Science teams to productionize models.
• Experience scaling analytics functions and defining documentation standards.
