What you will do

• Maintain the central source of truth, including project documentation, meeting notes, and action-item tracking.
• Support stakeholder mapping and keep ownership records up to date.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, and dashboards for project leadership and steering committees.
• Map and document the tool and system landscape, focusing on cloud/AWS, multi-tenancy, and ServiceNow/SAP touchpoints.
• Track roadmap dependencies across various modules and workstreams and flag potential delays.
• Explore AI tools and process automation to enhance efficiency and documentation quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (ideally Master's level) in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or Jira.
• Basic cloud literacy, including AWS concepts, APIs, and multi-tenancy.
• English: C1 level (excellent) and German: B2 level (good) required.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Unterschleißheim (Munich).
