What you will do

• Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform, including the Core Agentic Workflow and Requirements Agent.
• Develop and evolve the platform requirements knowledge base, schema, and validation tooling.
• Create integration surfaces in issues, merge requests, design documents, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline feature team engagement.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to translate domain expertise into platform readiness artifacts.
• Write technical documentation and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior and improve assessment accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with a backend focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
• Experience with Kubernetes and the ability to reason about failure modes.
• Comfort working with schemas such as YAML and JSON Schema.
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly in written form.
• Exposure to LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ruby.
• Experience with hirify.global-style development workflows (issues, epics, merge requests, CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflow frameworks like LangGraph or DAP.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Interest in platform engineering or developer experience.
