Principal Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles. The role requires approximately 10–20% travel.

What you will do

• Lead solution design and architecture for complex hirify.global implementations aligned with customer outcomes and platform capabilities.
• Act as the solution authority across functional and technical delivery teams, maintaining implementation quality and integrity.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and provide senior advisory support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyse business processes, recommend best practices, and guide customer adoption and long-term platform value.
• Manage solution risks, dependencies, escalations, and complex implementation challenges with Delivery and Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to improve delivery methods and influence platform direction.

Requirements

• BA/BSc in Business, Engineering, or a related subject.
• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing Professional Services role within a SaaS environment.
• Proven delivery experience with enterprise IT projects and large enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Experience planning, directing, and evaluating SaaS implementations, preferably in data privacy compliance or enterprise software services.
• Strong relationship management, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience contributing to delivery methodologies, standards, enablement programs, or thought leadership initiatives.

Nice to have

• Privacy, security, risk, governance, or compliance certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, AIGP, CISA, CRISC, or GRCP.
• Subject-matter expertise in implementation strategy, a regulator, or a product domain.
• Experience mentoring consultants or influencing product roadmaps, services packaging, or go-to-market strategy.
