What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and source relevant media, digital, and AdTech tools for regional entities.
• Establish standardized fee structures, cost models, and operational frameworks for newly introduced tools.
• Lead onboarding and training workshops to ensure seamless adoption of AdTech solutions across markets.
• Monitor regional compliance with operational guidelines and conduct health checks to resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage the execution and monitoring of client-side digital initiatives, including Data-Driven Marketing (DDM) projects.
• Represent the media team in stakeholder meetings to communicate technical frameworks and roll-out progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital media, AdTech operations, or media solution management.
• Proven track record of rolling out AdTech platforms across multi-market organizations.
• Deep domain knowledge of DSP, DMP, CDP, analytics tools, and DDM principles.
• Experience working within a regional HQ structure coordinating central and local implementations.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business guidelines.
• English proficiency is required; additional European languages are a plus.
