What you will do

• Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key original events from A to Z.
• Identify, develop, and negotiate partnerships with venues, event organizers, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and ticket sales.
• Analyze business opportunities and operational inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
• Scale successful event models across different markets by sharing best practices.
• Represent the company at local events and manage local PR efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment project management.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships and networking.
• Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
• Must be based in Berlin or willing to work from the local office.
