What you will do
- Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key original events from A to Z.
- Identify, develop, and negotiate partnerships with venues, event organizers, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and ticket sales.
- Analyze business opportunities and operational inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
- Scale successful event models across different markets by sharing best practices.
- Represent the company at local events and manage local PR efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment project management.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of building positive working relationships and networking.
- Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to work from the local office.
