CRM Developer (MS Dynamics) (m/f/d)

InPost operates a technology-driven out-of-home e-commerce and parcel delivery platform across European markets, using automated parcel machines, pick-up and drop-off points, courier services, and fulfilment solutions.

What you will do

• Administer and configure CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain workflow automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform where needed.
• Translate automated parcel-machine deployment, site sourcing, partner onboarding, and lead-to-deployment workflows into structured CRM processes.
• Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle management.
• Build dashboards and reports covering pipeline activity, deployment progress, and operational KPIs.
• Gather requirements, maintain documentation and playbooks, and support onboarding and day-to-day CRM queries.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience building workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
• Understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• SQL, Power BI, or Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations.
