Consultant IT, Functional Lead Planning (ERP Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Partner with the Business Relationship Manager and Supply Chain Planning leadership to deliver application and process improvements.
• Support the cloning of Supply Chain TSA applications and coordinate implementation timing with the Technical Lead and third-party system integrator.
• Identify and solve complex business problems across supply chain planning applications and processes.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog, prioritize features, and incorporate customer, industry, and stakeholder input.
• Define technical designs, documentation, development standards, operating procedures, and secure, compliant platform practices.
• Resolve incidents, troubleshoot applications, communicate status to stakeholders, and mentor less experienced technical team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems, including ERP supply chain planning systems and software development methodologies.
• 3 years of experience implementing SaaS applications; experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, distribution requirements planning, MRP, production planning, and inventory planning.
• Experience integrating supply chain applications, applying ITSM processes, and working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of lean product principles, software development lifecycle practices, stakeholder management, and foundational project management.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience working with business, data science, and technical stakeholders across multiple time zones.
