TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (AI): Building the next generation of conversational shopping experiences within the Clarity product team with an accent on AI-native capabilities and LLM integration. Focus on developing generative AI features, prototyping intelligent product solutions, and scaling usage through product-led growth.
Location: Czechia (Remote or Hybrid in Central European offices)
Salary: 1,219,048 Kč - 1,523,810 Kč CZK

What you will do
- Drive the development of AI-native capabilities within Clarity from ideation through to launch.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to prototype and iterate on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
- Translate customer needs in the AI space into innovative and intelligent product solutions.
- Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to ensure successful rollout and gather feedback.
- Monitor AI product usage and business impact using a data-first approach.
- Communicate progress and strategic product direction to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management in high-growth environments.
- Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features.
- Hands-on experience with product-led growth initiatives.
- Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in global teams.
- Must be based in Czechia or be able to work from Central European offices.
