What you will do
- Estimate timelines, budgets, and technical risks for NPI projects.
- Translate Marketing Requirements into detailed Product and Engineering Specifications.
- Plan and run experiments to validate product performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate Technical Construction Files (TCF) and support regulatory submissions (CE, UL).
- Evaluate and coordinate third-party development partners and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- 2+ years’ experience interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with electro-mechanical system design and data analysis.
- Based in Clevedon, UK.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel internationally at least once per year.
