What you will do

• Lead and support complex technical assignments and product development programs from concept to certification.
• Act as the engineering focal point for design, analysis, and validation activities.
• Translate customer specifications into compliance statements and validation test procedures.
• Coordinate development testing including static, fatigue, vibration, and thermal performance validation.
• Provide technical leadership, delegate tasks, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Ensure project completion within budget and time constraints while maintaining safety and integrity standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of aerospace engineering experience is essential.
• Degree in engineering is required.
• Working understanding of airworthiness requirements and EASA Part 21 regulations.
• Ability to perform engineering tasks across the product development process (APQP).
• Must be eligible for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with 8D and DMAIC methods.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Siemens NX or equivalent CAD software.
• Knowledge of GD&T requirements and aerospace materials.
• Familiarity with Mathcad Prime and numerical analysis software.
• Experience with MS Project and project management methodologies.
