What you will do

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy to support consumer-facing AI initiatives.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams in building scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI-native development, including evaluation frameworks, observability, and AI-focused CI/CD.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge open-source and commercial tools for agent orchestration and AI development.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term technical innovation.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland for remote cooperation.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and leading high-performing Agile teams.
• 2+ years of proven experience delivering large-scale machine learning or AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures.
• Experience building robust backend platforms supporting multiple product lines.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
