What you will do

• Design and maintain AI-powered iPaaS platforms using modern LLM coding models.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent applications using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
• Create automation scripts and end-to-end workflows in Python and Bash.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Promote AI adoption within the team through workshops, playbooks, and learning materials.
• Ensure technical integrity and high delivery quality through a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal developer in enterprise-grade production systems.
• Strong proficiency in backend development and Python.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and multi-agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks or SDKs such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Expertise in configuring AI agent guardrails to optimize token usage and avoid hallucinations.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with Java and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
