What you will do

• Directly support the Head of Department across a broad range of initiatives.
• Prepare internal reports and management presentations.
• Assist in the implementation of an eProcurement platform.
• Maintain and analyze procurement data within SAP.
• Support the development of a category management framework.
• Handle administrative tasks and document management processes.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable discipline.
• Keen interest in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bremen, Germany (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
