What you will do

• Translate enterprise narratives, strategy, and transformation priorities into clear, engaging content for leaders and employees.
• Manage and deliver a global content calendar to ensure consistent sequencing and alignment with editorial priorities.
• Lead the day-to-day optimization of internal communication channels, including the intranet (We Connect).
• Partner with IC Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver communications that meet business needs.
• Track and analyze content performance using data and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in internal communications, editorial, or digital content within a complex global organization.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into actionable content.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality content across intranets and internal social platforms.
• Expertise in managing editorial workflows and content calendars in a structured way.
• Experience collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to reinforce key messaging.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
