What you will do

• Coordinate content production activity aligned with brand and category communication plans.
• Develop production schedules and create detailed actionable briefs for creative and production partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end content creation lifecycle, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, including briefing, delivery oversight, and performance management.
• Conduct content audits and maintain asset libraries within Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Manage content production budgets and support forecasting activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content management, content production, or marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of content creation workflows across digital and marketing channels.
• Experience managing creative agencies or production partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including budget oversight.
• Experience working within international or matrix organizations.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience working within retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing brands.
• Experience operating within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) environment.
• Knowledge of content governance, taxonomy, and asset lifecycle management.
