What you will do

• Develop website content and digital experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Lead content initiatives from research and planning through to creation, review, and delivery.
• Coordinate campaign content to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure all content complies with brand, usability, accessibility, and AEM technical standards.
• Measure and report content performance using structured metrics, KPIs, and tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
• Optimize content for visibility across search engines, AI platforms, and emerging technologies (SEO, GEO, AIO).

Requirements

• Strong experience with Content Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, ContentSquare) and SEO/GEO platforms (Conductor, AHREFS).
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into effective digital content solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience across digital marketing, communications, and campaign delivery.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Nottingham or Solihull, UK
