What you will do

• Manage the collection, organization, and tagging of content assets within DAM platforms.
• Coordinate workflows and track the progress of content enrichment and asset deliveries.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on metadata and asset libraries to ensure governance standards.
• Maintain project trackers, reporting tools, and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Content Managers and external suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in content operations, project coordination, or marketing administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of information and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Background supporting retail, marketing, or eCommerce teams.
• Understanding of metadata, tagging, and asset governance principles.
• Experience working within professional content production environments.
