What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for digital sales platforms.
• Optimize end-to-end online customer journeys to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business goals, and technical health.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs such as conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a large B2C environment.
• Strong experience with digital products, e-commerce, or customer journey optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to influence product decisions.
• Language: Fluent Dutch and English.
• Location/work authorization: Must already live in the Netherlands and have the right to work there.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, subscription, retail, or other customer-focused industries.
• Understanding of Agile software delivery and digital platforms.
• Experience balancing new features with scalability and technical improvements.
