Product Manager - Integrations & API

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the public API and integrations portfolio while advancing an API-first product strategy.
• Build and manage B2B SaaS integrations across accounting, CRM, POS, and other business software categories.
• Conduct discovery with enterprise clients and external partners to validate workflows and identify critical integration needs.
• Establish API lifecycle standards covering versioning, permissions, security, rate limiting, and error handling.
• Coordinate commercial readiness, client adoption, support enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Define KPIs and OKRs for integration usage, API reliability, adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2B SaaS products and close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience launching APIs from scratch and building or managing a portfolio of third-party SaaS integrations.
• Ability to size business opportunities, prioritize competing needs, and translate them into high-value platform features.
• Comfort with technical API discussions and connecting engineering execution with product strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional alignment and communicating product direction to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor to accelerate product and software development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer experience initiatives such as developer portals, sandbox environments, or self-serve API onboarding.
• Experience fostering an API-first mindset or culture shift within an organization.
• Background in travel technology or technical product management in enterprise-focused SaaS.
• Experience presenting narrative-driven product roadmaps to senior leadership.
