What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound dialler campaigns to ensure agreed service levels and quality guidelines are met.
• Oversee the collections inbound line to ensure team members make suitable arrangements with customers accordhirify.global to policy.
• Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative and high-performhirify.global work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, helphirify.global team members develop effective customer relationships.
• Conduct calls personally when additional operational capacity is required to maintain service levels.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in collections and financial hardship management.
