What you will do

• Review and sign-off on promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory lodgements and statutory reporting to meet strict deadlines.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual compliance administration.
• Maintain and develop the compliance monitoring program and internal control documentation.
• Oversee front office mandate monitoring using the Charles Rivers Investment Management System (CRIMS).
• Analyze new and existing regulatory obligations and provide guidance to business units.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney for hybrid office attendance.
• Five to seven years of experience in compliance or risk roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC Regulatory Guides.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ability to act as a mentor to junior team members.
