What you will do

• Lead the application of IAS 16 standards and manage the Group Capitalisation Policy.
• Oversee month-end close processes, depreciation schedules, and fixed asset register accuracy.
• Provide strategic direction to offshore accounting teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as a finance partner to Capital and Property teams, providing transparency on project spend and WIP.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements to maintain a robust control environment.
• Analyze historical data to support business cases for new capital investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in capital accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or CIMA) is mandatory.
• Proven experience with major ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA or Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing offshore or outsourced shared service delivery models.
• Advanced knowledge of fixed asset standards and risk mitigation processes.
