What you will do

• Engage with prospective clients across civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
• Perform persistent outreach via phone, text, and email to ensure lead conversion.
• Build genuine rapport and provide empathetic communication to clients in stressful situations.
• Track all lead activity and conversion status in a cloud-based legal practice management system.
• Meet specific conversion targets to support the firm's growth goals.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs from the intake process to the legal team.

Requirements

• English: C1+ level (clear, warm, and professional spoken English is critical).
• Strong written communication skills for professional email and text follow-ups.
• High level of organization and attention to detail in data management.
• Ability to maintain professional persistence in structured lead follow-ups.
• Motivation to work toward performance-based conversion targets.
• Timezone: Availability to work Guam Time (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Nice to have

• Experience in legal client intake or high-touch customer service environments.
• Familiarity with PracticePanther or other cloud-based CRM and legal practice management platforms.
