Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a core product domain, including strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Work with customers, prospects, partners, APIs, integrations, and system constraints to validate solutions.
• Translate complex business processes into simple, scalable, and user-friendly product experiences.
• Define and ship AI-powered and agent-based capabilities for customer workflows and internal tooling.
• Monitor and improve technical reliability, business metrics, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience in a product-centric company.
• Experience in fintech or complex B2B systems, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and system design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including enterprise customer experience.
• Strong product sense, UX intuition, analytical ability, and experience prioritizing with data.
• Curiosity and adaptability for AI-driven product development and agent-based systems.
