Senior Manager - Solution Engineering (AI Solutions)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, and Conversational AI.
• Define high-level architectures, reference patterns, and solution blueprints integrating Inception products, bespoke AI components, and customer systems.
• Build rapid prototypes and Minimum Loveable Prototypes to validate feasibility, value, and delivery direction.
• Lead technical discovery, AI envisioning sessions, RFP responses, client workshops, proofs of concept, live demos, and executive briefings.
• Advise senior customer stakeholders and collaborate with sales, product, applied science, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks and mentor Solution Engineers while contributing to pre-sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 14+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technology consulting, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise AI solutions, including at least one production-grade Generative AI or Machine Learning solution.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic systems.
• Experience in Retail, FSI, Telco, Software Product, or Public Sector/National Security, plus collaboration with commercial and delivery teams.
• Ability to evaluate AI system behavior, cost, performance, scalability, security, risk, and responsible AI requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI orchestrators, LLMOps, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure AI platforms and hybrid or air-gapped deployments.
• Experience building solution frameworks, accelerators, or reusable technical assets.
• Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or TOGAF certification.
• Business administration qualification or a Master’s degree.
