What you will do
- Manage end-to-end visa and work permit applications (EP, PVP, business visas) for employees and contractors across Asia.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and HR system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee and contractor records in personnel files and HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
- Liaise with external immigration agents, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to track application statuses.
- Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks including code of conduct acknowledgments and training hour tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
- Experience supporting cross-border assignments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Malaysia Expatriate Services Division (ESD) system.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Asia (Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan).
