Senior Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage daily EFT processing, cash receipting, and supplier payment runs.
• Prepare daily cashflow reports and assist with budget and cashflow forecasts.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, including the investigation and resolution of variances.
• Create, post, and review general ledger entries and transactions.
• Execute month-end and EOFY reconciliations, including accruals and prepayments.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and provide compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within an accounts team.
• CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing toward qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
