Finance Operations - Senior Associate

📋 Description
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in NetSuite
- Manage complex accounting schedules (intangible/goodwill amortization)
- Conduct bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
- Review state/local tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors
- Oversee intercompany validations, eliminations, and transfer pricing calculations
🎯 Requirements
- MBA in Finance or M.Com or Semi-qualified CA
- 3-4 years in US accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting
- Oracle NetSuite ERP experience
- Advanced MS Excel: lookups, pivots, modeling, reconciliations
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls
- Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST; strong communication and ownership
