What you will do

• Maintain a single network platform to streamline workforce, inbound, and outbound planning.
• Collaborate with DC leadership and business partners to translate central plans into execution.
• Develop and implement dashboards and data visualization tools to monitor warehouse and supply chain performance.
• Analyze operational cost/benefit tradeoffs during Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reconciliation.
• Support the rollout of new buildings, providing hands-on training at new sites.
• Perform root cause analysis of business problems and recommend alternative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data science or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States (eligible for 401k and US benefits).
• Advanced understanding of working with business intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
