What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Plan, write, and publish engaging content, threads, and announcements tailored to each platform.
• Grow followers and brand awareness through consistent, high-quality on-brand copy.
• Engage with the community and ghostwrite thought-leadership content for founders and leadership.
• Track performance metrics and report on KPIs to continuously optimize content based on data.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure a polished and cohesive brand presence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts with hands-on ownership of LinkedIn and X.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving engagement.
• Native or near-native English writing ability (C2).
• Based in APAC time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, or FinTech companies.
• Familiarity with tools like Typefully, Hypefury, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Basic design skills or familiarity with Canva or Figma.
• Experience with community management on Discord or Telegram.
• Experience running paid social or influencer/KOL collaborations.
