What you will do

• Architect and execute a multi-platform social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Define and maintain the brand voice to build awareness, trust, and engagement.
• Oversee daily channel operations, including content calendars, publishing, and crisis communication.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Content, and Product Marketing teams to amplify campaigns.
• Establish social analytics dashboards and track key performance indicators.
• Scale a dedicated social media team as the function grows.
