What you will do

• Manage the global social media program, including content planning, creation, and publishing.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and executive visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement organic and paid social media tactics.
• Measure and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions to refine strategy.
• Act as community manager, responding to comments and maintaining brand reputation.
• Partner with subject matter experts to amplify thought leadership and support executive presence.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or digital media.
• Experience administering social media channels and management platforms like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance data analysis.
• Ability to create social graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in the Atlanta area with availability for in-office meetings.
