What you will do

• Own and develop the brand persona across X/Twitter, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, avoiding corporate speak.
• Produce platform-native content independently, including threads, memes, and graphics without relying on a designer.
• Actively participate in crypto and tax discussions, focusing on genuine community engagement rather than broadcasting.
• Monitor industry news and regulatory updates to react and post in real-time.
• Repurpose long-form content from blogs and YouTube into formats optimized for specific social channels.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2).
• Must be based in Europe (EU / UK timezones).
• Deep immersion in crypto (DeFi, staking, on-chain activity) and familiarity with crypto taxes.
• Proven track record of active personal engagement on X and Reddit.
• Ability to create basic visual content using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a 100% async, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Professional experience managing brand accounts.
• Experience growing social accounts from scratch.
• Ability to create short-form video content for social media.
