What you will do

• Identify and solve business problems using analytical skills and business judgment.
• Create and manage Tableau dashboards to drive data accessibility across teams.
• Develop monetization plans and optimize marketplace performance for growth.
• Lead strategic projects with senior management to improve operational efficiency.
• Define pricing structures and set driver acquisition targets for Supply and operations teams.
• Provide local market intelligence to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (must-have).
• 1+ years of experience as a Business, Data, or Product Analyst.
• Experience in complex operations and a degree in statistics, economics, or a similar field.
• Master-level proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization in Tableau.
• Practical experience with AI tools.
• Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
