Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead on-site discovery through interviews, observation, workshops, and discussions with client executives, process owners, and subject-matter experts.
• Map organizational structures, business processes, subprocesses, systems, data, workflows, and wireframes.
• Identify root business problems and assess where AI and automation can provide practical value.
• Design tailored solutions and confirm technical feasibility with Technical Team Leads.
• Write PRDs, BRDs, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, then present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Hand over requirements to Project Managers, Product Managers, and the technology team while supporting delivery as the business expert.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business or systems analysis experience in IT, including direct client-stakeholder work.
• Experience leading at least one project from discovery through delivery and participating in a digital transformation project.
• Working knowledge of software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, use-case assessment, and data quality and availability.
• Experience with stakeholder interviews, workshops, process modeling, PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; experience with Trello, Jira, or a similar project tracking tool. Fluent Uzbek and confident Russian and English are required.
