What you will do

• Develop and optimize primary web applications and the supporting services.
• Own backend API services, improving performance, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team through code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Execute DevOps and frontend tasks to ensure project success.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude and Cursor into the development workflow to increase velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Node.js API skills with experience owning high-traffic services.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including experience with execution plans and query optimization.
• Frontend development skills in Vue, React, or Angular.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub, and AWS (ECS, Lambda, IAM, S3).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience building property management or review software.
• Proficiency in React, Ruby, or MongoDB.
