Salary: $140,000 — $192,500 USD / $124,000 — $170,500 CAD

What you will do

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Optimize front-end performance, focusing on page load speed, caching, and asset management.
• Develop and integrate frontend components with CMS environments like AEM.
• Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to automate testing and prototype new features.
• Partner with designers as a technical consultant to refine interaction patterns and end-user experience.
• Maintain high standards for accessibility (WCAG) and implement polished CSS animations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in React (Hooks, Context, State management) and modern CSS/styling.
• Proficiency in Node.js and API design.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including Vercel, AWS, and Cloudflare.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless AEM implementations.
• Proficiency with UI design tools like Figma.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Ability to use LLMs (e.g., Claude) to build agentic solutions and automate coding tasks.
