What you will do

• Design, write, test, and deploy well-engineered VueJS frontend and Django-Python backend software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma concepts into functional and intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate data pipelines and models into products in collaboration with DevOps and data science teams.
• Maintain and improve test coverage across internal applications to ensure system reliability.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in application development and deployment.
• Proven expertise with VueJS and Django-Python.
• Experience with relational databases and knowledge of AWS and REST APIs.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis.
• Professional experience working within the finance industry.
• Background in information extraction and retrieval from financial documents.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
