What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing insights and constructive challenge for commercial decision-making.
• Lead the analysis of workforce economics, productivity, investment decisions, and organizational design.
• Oversee the cost base to ensure spending aligns with priorities and collaborate with Procurement to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and develop clear reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director on workforce planning, headcount governance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills to synthesize complex data into practical recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical judgement to understand business drivers.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, building trust and credibility with senior leaders.
