Salary: $185,000 - $218,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and launch new products in close collaboration with customers, engineers, and leadership.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of application development, from initial ideation to final delivery.
• Develop scalable APIs and asynchronous event-based architectures capable of handling very high traffic.
• Integrate third-party services to expand product functionality and capabilities.
• Partner with customer success and stakeholders to translate user needs into impactful features.
• Run and measure product experiments to guide future development and iterations.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of fullstack software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Ruby (Rails) and Javascript (React) or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in early roles at successful, fast-paced startups.
• Ability to work from a hub office 3+ days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience building technical architecture that scales to 10M+ users.
• Background in trust & safety, IDV, background check products, or criminal data.
• Expertise in data analysis, processing, or scraping technology.
