Staff Fullstack Engineer (React)

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation for key initiatives within the Workflows builder platform.
• Build reusable, performant UI components for a best-in-class no-code experience.
• Own services throughout their lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to define feature requirements and technical solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Experience designing APIs and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for leading technical discussions and building consensus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code tools or workflow engines.
• Interest in AI-assisted developer tooling.
