What you will do

• Develop full-stack features from React UI to backend Node.js services.
• Manage end-to-end delivery using feature flags to ensure release stability.
• Operate production services, including release rotations, alert triaging, and maintaining quality gates.
• Collaborate with PMs and UX designers to translate prototypes into polished, accessible interfaces.
• Perform code reviews to uphold engineering standards and advocate for automated testing.
• Maintain platform security by managing dependency upgrades and investigating vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ownership of Node.js services in production, including HTTP APIs and auth boundaries.
• Proficiency with Redux-style state patterns and modern data-fetching.
• Active use of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate workflow.
• Operational maturity with experience in on-call rotations, runbooks, and SLOs.
• Eligibility to work in DoD Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments.
