Location: Remote (Argentina, Buenos Aires data team)

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain dbt models as reliable sources of truth with clear ownership and roadmaps.
  • Develop scalable, tested, documented models serving diverse stakeholders, measuring success via usage and SLAs.
  • Monitor pipelines, implement testing, alerting, and track changes for data quality and uptime.
  • Collect feedback, iterate on data products using metrics, interviews, and logs.
  • Champion AI-assisted tools, lead pilots, and scale practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ops on metrics, instrumentation, and data needs; mentor and review code.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar with modern stacks (dbt, Fivetran/Airbyte, Airflow, Snowflake/BigQuery)
  • Deep data modeling knowledge (dimensional modeling, ELT, testing)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Git, production data pipelines
  • Cross-functional collaboration translating business needs to data solutions
  • Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, problem-solving
  • BI tools experience (Tableau, Hex, Looker), self-serve data passion
  • Excellent communication for non-technical audiences
