Location: Based in Mississauga, ON; service area includes southern Ontario (GTA, Windsor, Niagara, Ottawa, and Orillia).

Salary: CAD 25 - 35 hourly

What you will do

• Execute full space interior painting and refinishing for washrooms, lunchrooms, and commercial offices.
• Perform light wall and drywall repairs, including patching holes and cracks.
• Handle surface preparation such as cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers for professional results.
• Maintain clean work areas and provide final cleanup of all sites.
• Use company electronic devices to track work and materials in the management system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting, preferably in service/maintenance roles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and retain security clearances for government facilities.
• Ability to complete and maintain Working at Heights certification.
• Physical capability for lifting, climbing, and working in varied environments.
