What you will do

• Own the technical workstream for API customers from contract close through go-live, leading architecture reviews and integration design.
• Monitor API consumption against purchased volume to identify gaps and proactively drive increased usage.
• Act as a strategic technical partner for customer CTOs, engineering leads, and product teams through workshops and enablement sessions.
• Identify and resolve technical, organizational, and resource blockers to ensure timely implementation milestones.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align technical expansion plays with broader account strategy and renewal motions.
• Build repeatable assets, including implementation playbooks and reference architectures, to scale the technical services practice.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT), webhooks, and integration architecture.
• Ability to read and discuss code in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes such as time-to-live, API adoption rates, and consumption metrics.
• Ability to pivot seamlessly between technical architecture reviews and executive business reviews.
• Must be based in or associated with Austin, US

Nice to have

• Experience at an API-first or platform company.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
• Background in a paid Professional or Technical Services function.
• Exposure to digital marketing, MarTech, or SEO/SEM platforms.
