What you will do

• Prepare drywall, wood, concrete, plaster, and metal surfaces through scraping, sanding, patching, cleaning, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Complete interior and exterior painting in residential units, garages, stairwells, and common areas.
• Support housing renovations, unit turnovers, minor drywall repairs, caulking, and touch-ups.
• Coordinate work with carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other maintenance trades.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, work areas, and safe storage and disposal of paints and solvents.

Requirements

• Experience or practical ability in residential painting and finishing work.
• Ability to prepare and repair a range of surfaces, including drywall, wood, concrete, plaster, and metal.
• Ability to safely use brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, and scaffolding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
